All-Star Star Consultant Consistency Challenge
June 16, 2018 – June 15, 2019
Qualifiers:

IBCs who achieve Star Consultant status during all four quarters will receive an invitation to the Mary Kay Pretty in Pink Prize Party, a prize from the kate spade new york® All-Star Collection, standing recognition and a glamorous Bling Button on their badges, in addition to their All-Star Bling Button.

Exception: New IBCs whose Independent Beauty Consultant Agreements are received and accepted by the Company between Sept. 16, 2018, and March 15, 2019, are eligible to participate. New IBCs must achieve Star Consultant status in the quarter that their Agreement is received and accepted by the Company and consistently for every quarter thereafter.
All-Star achievers must attend Seminar to receive their All-Star consistency prize.
NEW DIRECTORS
New Independent Sales Directors and Their Independent Senior Sales Directors
Feb. 1 – July 1, 2019
Qualifiers:

ISDs who debut as new Independent Sales Directors during the contest period, along with their Independent Senior Sales Directors, will receive an invitation to the Mary Kay Pretty in Pink Prize Party, the New Sales Director Class prizes, standing recognition and the appropriate Bling Buttons on their badges.
